How can easyMarkets traders upgrade their account to 1:2000 leverage?
Clients who trade with easyMarkets on MT4 can easily upscale their leverage to 1:2000! All they have to do is download the MT5 platform on their preferred device and get started by registering.
Traders who have synced their easyMarkets account to MT5 before the increased leverage became available will find that the higher 1:2000 leverage will automatically apply to their account after contacting their account manager.
How different are trades with 1:2000 leverage?
easyMarkets clients who upscale their leverage will see their trade change drastically. More investment options, increased winning trades, and maximized trading capital can be easily accessed.
MT5’s higher leverage is different to the leverage offered when trading currency on the MT4 platform. Traders can open 1 Lot of EUR/USD with 1:400 leverage and a 250 EUR margin to risk. However, with the higher 1:2000 leverage on MT5, clients only need a 50 EUR margin to risk.
This means that the same position (one Lot of EUR/USD) can be opened with 5 times less margin, allowing clients to use their funds more efficiently!
