easyMarkets was founded by three institutional traders in 2001. Initially named Easy Forex, it was one of the first brokers to offer credit card funding and convenient online trading. This launched a new era of trading, making global FX markets accessible to everyone. As the company grew, so did its client base. To meet demand, Easy Forex began offering CFD products beyond Forex, including indices, metals, commodities and oil.
